These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of rabblehealth.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Rabble Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Rabble Health®," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site describes Rabble Health, our initiatives and our technology. It is provided for general information and is intended for adults in the United States.
2. Not medical advice
Content on the Site is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Using the Site does not create a clinician-patient relationship with Rabble Health or anyone else. Always talk with your healthcare professional about your health and your treatment decisions.

3. Our platforms have their own terms
myRabble®, ClinEx® and other Rabble Health platforms are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies, which apply when you use those platforms. These Terms apply only to the Site.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information through the Site. You can read it at rabblehealth.com/privacy-policy.
5. Our relationship with AHIS
Rabble Health provides the technology. Nonprofit partners may govern programs and publish what they learn. One is the Alliance for Health Implementation Science (AHIS), a separate nonprofit that licenses the Rabble Health Operating Model. Rabble Health never speaks for AHIS, and AHIS does not endorse Rabble Health or any product.
AHIS's own terms and policies apply on ahis.org. These Terms do not govern AHIS websites, and AHIS is not responsible for the Site.
6. Acceptable use
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or to our systems or networks;
- interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it;
- copy, scrape or collect content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
- misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization; or
- use the Site to send unsolicited or bulk messages.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images, design and software, are owned by Rabble Health or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as you keep all copyright and other notices. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Rabble Health, the Rabble Health logo and butterfly mark, myRabble, ClinEx, Focus on the Patient®, FAST, CLEAR, RAPID, VITAL and GRAFT are trademarks of Rabble Health, Inc. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other names and marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
8. Information you send us
Please do not send personal health information through the Site or by email. Our contact channels are not designed to receive it.
If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you agree that we may use them for any purpose without any obligation to you.
9. Links to other websites
The Site links to websites we do not control, including ahis.org. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites, and a link does not mean we endorse them. When a link leads to a website we do not run, the Site tells you before you leave.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rabble Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors. Statistics and research cited on the Site come from the sources named and may change over time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rabble Health and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rabble Health and its officers, directors, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on the Site and change the effective date at the top. Updated Terms take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them.
15. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Rabble Health about the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours.
