Health systems

Become an Implementation Hub.

Health systems close the gaps their patients feel, inside their own workflows. Clinicians stay in charge, sponsors can fund the work, and results are made public.

What a Hub gets

Their patients. Their priorities.

A gap patients feel

One gap in care, such as screening, time to diagnosis or follow-up, measured from day one.

Clinicians in charge

Care decisions stay with patients and their clinicians. Sponsors never see or shape what clinicians see.

Funding

Sponsors can fund programs across the network, under written agreements, or a Hub can fund its own.

Publication

Clinicians can present or publish the work. Results are made public, and the institution is named only if it chooses.

Two ways to join

Join a program, or bring one.

Join a program already running

The plan and funding are in place. The Hub reviews the plan, confirms the IRB determination with its own IRB office, and signs on.

Bring a gap clinicians see

The plan is built with the Hub and the program's governance partner, then brought to sponsors across the network.

Each Hub Agreement follows the program's contract: with the governing partner where it holds the contract, and with Rabble Health where Rabble Health does.

How it works

From one call to results.

A call01

Thirty minutes on one gap in care and the patients it affects.

A plan, built together02

Who it's for, what patients and clinicians see, and what's measured.

Go live03

Patients and care teams start, inside existing workflows.

Results04

Made public, whatever they show, and shared with every Hub.

For counsel and compliance

Every gate, explained.

What is shared, what is signed and where patient data go, at every step.
